CareToDance is the leader in Social Ballroom & Latin Dancing, dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our affluent clientele. Our Balmain studio is a five-star venue, and we are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who will uphold our high standards, ensuring every client feels welcomed, valued, and supported.

As the first and last point of contact, your role is fundamental in creating a seamless and memorable experience for our clients. Your warm personality and attention to detail will help foster strong relationships, making every visit special.

The Role

This is a permanent part-time position, working three days per week from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (with flexibility to discuss scheduling and occasional additional shifts as needed).

Key Responsibilities

Greet every client with a warm smile and friendly attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Handle phone calls, voice messages, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Organise client appointments, manage diary schedules, and process payments.

Ensure the studio remains neat, tidy and presentable at all times.

Assist instructors and staff by ensuring lessons run on time and providing support where needed.

Maintain office supplies, manage deliveries, and handle general correspondence.

Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.

Proactively engage with clients to support their dance journey and enhance their experience.
