About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Seascape Medical Centre in South West Rocks, NSW. This is a part-time role, offering Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (35 hour week), with a healthy work environment to balance your work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

Greeting patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanour

Handling patient enquiries and booking appointments in a timely manner

Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information in our system

Assisting with administrative tasks such as scanning and photocopying.

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all our patients

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of patients

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using computer systems and standard office software

A friendly, professional and empathetic approach to working with patients
