Our client is a forward-thinking business that operates in the flexible workspace sector, one of the fastest growing areas of the commercial property market. They provide premium coworking and private office solutions across both the APAC and UAE, with multiple state of the art sites on offer across Sydney and Australia, and centres based across some of the world's most prestigious buildings.
Due to growth, they are currently seeking a hungry, tenacious Business Development Executive to join their dynamic Sydney team, based out of their CBD centre. Your key mandate in this role will be to source and secure new clients through the sale of flexible workplace solutions, showcasing a wide range of products to upsell to new and existing clientele.
You will also provide account management support to clients, all whilst building a thriving member community and representing the businesses' brand in an expanding marketplace.

The Position
In the role of Business Development Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Generate new business through converting warm/inbound and self-sourced enquiries
- Effective account management to drive client retention & expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with members and key partners
- Identify new business development opportunities
- Manage revenue targets across multiple income streams
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Business Development Executive will have:
- Prior sales experience, specifically in the commercial property industry is an advantage, though not essential - your drive and personality will be more important!
- Customer service or account management experience would be an advantage, but also not essential
- Experience working in a corporate environment preferrable
- You will be full of initiative, highly tenacious and target-driven
- Highly personable with first-class rapport building, networking and communication skills
- A proven negotiator who has the ability to build strong relationships with people from all walks of life
- Business savvy and forward-thinking, and able to identify new business opportunities
- Tech-minded with experience on Microsoft Office and Salesforce applications
- Immaculate personal presentation is a must have
- Full Australia working rights, a valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
