Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our collaborative in-house design team.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering detailed, high-quality documentation for major government and commercial construction projects. Working closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders, you’ll contribute to the successful delivery of some of WA’s most prominent projects.

Core Scopes of Work

We specialise in delivering technical and design documentation for:

· External Façade Systems

· Glulam Timber Structures

· Prefabricated Commercial Construction Systems

· High Specification Interior Finishes

· External Timber Structures

Key Responsibilities

Produce quality façade documentation and detailed shop drawings

Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, and consultants

Maintain document control and model coordination throughout projects

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure buildable, efficient solutions

About You

We’re looking for a technically skilled, detail-oriented team player who is passionate about construction and ready to grow.

You’ll ideally bring:

· Formal qualifications in Drafting, Architecture, or Detailing

· 3–5 years of drafting/design experience, including 2+ years with Revit

· Previous experience on commercial or government projects (Tier 1/2 preferred)

· Strong construction knowledge – especially façades and finishes

· Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

· A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
