We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson / Shop Detailer with comprehensive knowledge in Tekla drafting software and experience in the steel & construction industry.

About the role

Interpret, prepare, model, produce fabrication and detail shop drawings in Tekla.

Design and draft structures in Tekla

Interpret and ensure compliance policies, regulations and procedures.

Production quality control

Communicate with other internal departments

Implement a consumable library in Tekla to automate drawings

Manage projects during manufacturing & onsite during installation

Meet budgets

Liaise with builders, engineers and our site installation team

Requirements:

3 years of Experience in Tekla Software (essential)

Knowledge/experience in the construction industry

Proficient in BIM modelling and documentation

Enjoy a variety of projects to work on

Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with a minimum 2 years' experience in Tekla Software

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with intricate projects

Working collaboratively in a team

An eye for detail with accuracy
