With strong supplier partnerships and an experienced, technically minded team, this business is well-positioned for continued growth — and they’re looking for a driven sales professional to help take it further in the Sydney market.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships across Sydney and regional NSW. This includes identifying new business opportunities, providing tailored product recommendations, and supporting your clients with technical advice and aftersales service.
You’ll work closely with maintenance teams, engineers, and procurement professionals across key industries to understand their operational challenges and match them with the right lubrication solutions.
You'll be selling:
Hydraulic, gear, compressor and chain oils
Industrial and food-grade lubricants
Greases for high-load and high-temperature applications
Cleaners, degreasers and specialty fluids
Oil analysis and condition monitoring services
This role offers a healthy mix of business development and account management, with the support of an experienced internal team and full technical training provided.
ABOUT YOU
You’re a confident and capable B2B salesperson who understands the importance of trust, follow-through, and technical credibility.
You may have sold into industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical environments, or come from a trade background with a strong grasp of machinery and equipment.
What you'll bring:
B2B sales experience – ideally in industrial, mechanical or technical products
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, self-managed approach to sales
Ability to work with clients across a range of industries and job sites
Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required
SARALY AND BENIFITS
BASE $80,000 - $100,000 | Super 11.5% | Car 0R Car Allowance | Commissions
