A bit about the role:

• Manage a portfolio of 180 residential properties
• Support from a Junior PM & Leasing consultant
• All landlord communication
• Conduct outgoing inspections
• Repairs & maintenance
• Tribunal attendance if required
• Use of PropertyMe

The Person:

• Solid Property Management or Senior Property Management experience
• Knowledge of the eastern suburbs would be advantageous
• Be well presented and a strong communicator
• Valid Real Estate Certificate or License
• Car and Drivers License
