Our client is a high performing, residential Real Estate agency, based in the Inner West. They are a fun and energetic team, led by down to Earth Director's. They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Property Manager to lead their growing PM department.
About the position:
- Maintaining a portfolio of 180 properties
- Communicating effectively with landlords and tenants
- Ensure Repairs & Maintenance are completed
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Manage rent arrears

The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Property Management
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Well-presented and articulate
- Highly organised and customer service orientated
- Must have a drivers license and own car
- Live within close proximity in the Inner West
