This highly regarded NFP is seeking a new Finance Manager to join their leadership team.

Reporting to the COO the role is responsible for leadership across all aspects of their Finance function, including forecasting, financial reporting (Board and regulatory change), budgeting, financial control and establishing strong internal control and principles.

You will also be confident partnering with external bodies including ATO, Australian Charities & Not-for-Profit Commission (ACNC) and Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and ensuring reporting adheres to the highest standard.

Leadership of a small team is also required, so passion for development and empowering others is also essential.

Your experience will be from a values driven organisation where purpose, respect and excellence are just as important as sound technical financial guidance.

A confident communicator and influencer, your will thrive in ‘for purpose’ organisations and enjoy establishing good financial practices.

An ability to implement change with empathy and respect and engage stakeholders on the change journey is also required.

A Commerce/Accounting related degree, CA, CPA or IPA combined with sound Accounting/ Finance experience (ideally from NFP/ Education/ Arts) is required.
