What you'll be doing:

• Own the region's sales and retention strategy-including volume targets, margin setting, and strategic customer planning.
• Be on the road meeting customers and delivering personalised service.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value commercial clients with a strong focus on satisfaction and retention.
• Seek out and convert new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts.
• Confidently negotiate and handle objections to reach win-win outcomes.
• Work closely with local branch teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain accurate records and provide reports that showcase your regional strategy.

What you'll need:

• A valid Driver's Licence.
• Ability to pass a Pre-employment Medical & D&A test, Police Check, and Driver History Check.
• Demonstrated sales experience in any industry
• A proactive, customer-first mindset.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills.
• A self-starter attitude who thrives on autonomy and accountability.
