Role Description

We’re searching for a full-time Customer Success Manager, based in Brisbane, Australia. You’ll be responsible for engaging directly with our broader end user community, helping them succeed on the platform, collecting product insights, and turning them into advocates.

You’ll be targeted on new user sign-ups, ongoing engagement, and referrals into our partner network. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be on the phone, booking meetings, and spending time in the market with key stakeholders. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and building meaningful connections, then this one’s for you.

You’ll report into the Head of Customer Success, and work closely with sales, product, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Sign up new users and guide them through a smooth onboarding experience.

Actively reach out to users, booking calls and meetings to support, educate, and deepen engagement.

Spend time in-market to connect with stakeholders face-to-face and strengthen relationships.

Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships across our end user community.

Identify advocates and champions within our user base and collect reviews, testimonials, and referrals.

Gather and share user feedback with internal teams to help improve the product experience.

Represent the Tapi brand at industry events, community forums, and user workshops.

Help drive awareness and adoption of new features and offerings.

Track your own success against sign-up, engagement, and referral targets.

What You’ll Need

2+ years in a customer-facing, community engagement, or field-based role.

Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in both phone and face-to-face interactions.

A proactive, self-managing attitude, you know how to prioritise and get things done.

Resilience and energy, you enjoy engaging with people and can stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.

A natural connector who’s great at building trust and bringing people along for the journey.

Drivers licence required, you’ll occasionally be out and about meeting users.

Tech-savvy and eager to learn, we’ll train you on our tools and platform.
