As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Project Manager / Operations Manager to join their executive team and lead from the front. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take on a senior leadership role in a tight-knit, growing firm.

You'll oversee operations across multiple projects, manage a team of 20+, and work closely with directors to shape business strategy, systems, and delivery.

Skills & Requirements

• 10+ years in the electrical or construction industry
• Proven leadership of 20+ staff
• Strong operational, scheduling & financial skills
• Hands-on experience with job management software (SimPRO or similar)
• Deep knowledge of WHS, compliance, and quality standards
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder skills
• Driven, accountable, and solution-focused
