Rosebrook Sand and Gravel is seeking a dedicated Quarry Manager to lead operations and help deliver premium-quality materials to clients across the mining, civil, concrete, construction, and landscape industries. With Dalswinton and Cawsey Park quarries located near Jerrys Plains and Denman, we offer a rewarding role ideally suited to someone residing within convenient driving distance to our sites, fostering strong community connections.

Key Responsibilities:

· Actively contribute to the quarry’s current consent renewal process, working with regulatory authorities and consultants to ensure compliance and continuity.

· Oversee and coordinate quarry operations ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.

· Employ, manage, and develop a dedicated team, fostering teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

· Control operational budgets, implement cost-saving measures, and optimize resources.

· Attend Managers meetings when required in the Rutherford office.

· Provide weekly reports to Directors and other key Senior Management.

· Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

Ideal Candidate:

· Proven leadership experience in quarry or similar industry management.

· Strong knowledge of quarry equipment, operations, and compliance standards.

· Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

· Relevant qualifications in mining, engineering, or related fields (Cert IV / Diploma in Surface Extraction Operations)

. Active Quarry Managers Certificate (Tier 2) required.

· Valid driver’s license, willing and able to travel between quarry sites.
