About the Role
As a Contact Centre Specialist, you will be the frontline representative for a government department. Your key responsibilities include:
Handling both general and complex inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Leveraging your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to meet customer needs.
Demonstrating a high level of customer service while troubleshooting or resolving inquiries.
Key Role Details:
Salary: $27.77 p/h plus Super +Bonus
Monthly Incentives: Up to $480 on a pro-rata basis.
Part-Time Hours: 30hrs, Monday to Friday rotating roster of 7 AM - 6 PM, No weekends or late nights!
Start Dates: July 7th, July 14th and ongoing intakes.
Paid Training: Comprehensive 7 weeks full-time training provided
Location: Centrally located in Robina, near Robina Town Centre
Who Are You?
You have a passion for delivering great customer service and are looking to apply your skills in a new setting.
Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age.
Strong customer service skills; retail experience is highly valued.
Eager to work towards goals and targets.
Confident in using computers and various systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
