Our Australian Super team is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for passionate customer experience professionals to join us. If you’re ready to make a real impact supporting members of some of Australia’s largest super funds, we want to hear from you. No call centre experience? No problem—we’ll train you!

• $27.17 per hour + super + incentives
• Inspiring Workspace: Work from our modern office at 7 Tomlins Street, South Townsville, with beautiful scenic views.
• Flexible training schedule to suit you! Training times will be 4pm-8pm, Monday to Friday.

• Set shift times after training between the hours of 2pm-8pm

What You’ll Be Doing
• Taking inbound calls and providing clear, helpful support to members with online support, super accumulation, withdrawals, pension, investments, and employer contributions.
• Using internal systems to answer questions and resolve issues
• Following compliance processes and keeping customer information secure
• Referring customers to other departments when needed

• Positive, proactive mindset and a willingness to learn
