About the role

We are looking for a reliable, savvy and experienced Customer Contact and Administration Officer who will be exposed to logistics operations daily. We provide efficient day-to-day centralized services to the company’s transport operations at our Virginia Head Office depot.

The successful applicant will have the ability to learn quickly, demonstrate a willingness to learn new tasks and have excellent problem solving and time management skills. This is a key role within our business and a fantastic opportunity where your hard work will be noticed and rewarded. We are a very easy going team and welcoming of new team member.

38 hours per week + overtime as required

Solid communication skills

Strong time management skills

Reliable, trustworthy and have a positive 'can do attitude', flexible to change, efficient, and ability to problem solve

Friendly and positive approach to customer service and excellent phone

Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, including excel

Experience with XERO highly desirable
