Edutemps is partnering with a leading, membership-based training provider that supports learners across the building and construction sector. This full-time onsite role is ideal for a service-oriented administrator with an eye for compliance and a passion for student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct learner progress checks and follow-ups

Record attendance, contact, and learner communications in VETtrak

Liaise with trainers and set up learner support sessions

Ensure compliant file management and student engagement

• Support internal learning team operations and KPIs

You’ll Bring:

Previous admin experience in education, training or RTO settings

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong attention to detail and system accuracy

Familiarity with VETtrak or similar SMS

• TAE40116 desirable but not essential
