This is a dynamic role that combines customer service with admin support and workflow coordination. You’ll be responsible for:
Responding to phone and email enquiries from our valued customers
Processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining customer records
Supporting delivery workflows using our Route Manager system (training provided)
Managing internal task flow to ensure smooth and timely service
Assisting with invoicing, payments, and general office admin
Liaising with our drivers and operations team to help resolve any delivery or account issues
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in customer service and administration, ideally in logistics, distribution, or a service-based industry
Confident using workflow or scheduling systems (experience with delivery routing or dispatch tools is a bonus)
Organised, adaptable, and great at juggling multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
A clear communicator and reliable team player
Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly
Experience with a system like Route Manager is not required, but familiarity with similar platforms is highly regarded.
