We are currently working alongside an extremely reputable fire contractor who now have two exciting opportunities available for an Account Manager and Service Coordinator to join their team due to the expansion of their high-end service contract portfolio!

All levels of Service Coordinators and Account Managers with fire backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Senior Coordinator’s looking to step up can also be considered for account management!

Day to day responsibilities & experienced required:

• Oversee work orders in progress, scheduling in Technicians workloads to ensure all open jobs are being carried out and closed off in a timely manner
• Manage contract KPI’s, attend weekly/monthly meetings and deal with any client queries/escalations
• Provide reports, generate quotes, raise PO’s and attend toolbox talks
• Work in a collaborative team environment, reporting into an Operations Manager
• You must have at least 2+ years experience within the fire industry
• You must have strong computer, organisational and communication skills
