About the position:

The is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced service coordinator looking to make the next step in their career and a chance to learn from some of the best minds in the industry. The Fire Service Manager will be responsible for managing our fire safety teams, ensuring compliance with all fire safety regulations, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality services across various projects. This role involves strategic planning, client management, and ensuring that our fire protection systems are installed, maintained, and serviced to the highest standard.

Your duties will include:

Working closely with our service coordinator

Manage and coordinate on-road technicians by preparing job schedules

Dealing with a team of service technicians and third party sub-contractors

Coordination of inspection and testing of essential fire measures

Responding to customer service calls and technician allocation

Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and guidelines to ensure that client orders, installation or routine activities are completed in a timely manner

Assist with preparation of quotes and reports

Perform other related admin duties as assigned by management

Being a key point of contact and communication in developing strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
