  • $68,000 p.a. plus super
  • Work from home 3 days a week
  • Kilsyth office location
  • Rotating shift: 8.00am to 4.00pm & 10.00am to 6.00pm (shift alternates weekly)
  • $3K sign on bonus
  • Paid overtime

The Company:
A global heavy duty filtration and coolant manufacturer for the automotive and heavy duty diesel industries, focussed on durability and sustainability.

The Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will act as the point of contact for assigned customer accounts. You will be part of a small team of customer assistance coordinators supporting clients i.e. distributors/dealers and end users of the company's products.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders using Conexiom system
  • Responding to customer queries via email and phone relating to order enquiries, pricing and availability, product information and shipping queries
  • Managing technical queries of products but knowing when to escalate to the appropriate person to respond
  • Maintaining accurate records of all internal and external interactions in the appropriate database/system (Salesforce) including customer set up, order entry and management, escalations and shipping and logistics management
  • Ensuring compliance with shipping and export policies
  • Acting as the liaison between the customer and warehouse/dispatch
  • Rebate processing and customer claims
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service roles in an office environment. Similar industry experience would be advantageous e.g. Engine parts manufacturer
  • Team player used to a high-volume working environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with good problem solving skills
  • Good computer skills: Salesforce, Oracle and/or Conexiom experience an advantage
  • Fast and accurate data entry is essential
