The Role:

As a Customer Service Operator, you will be responsible for.

Answering incoming Service Calls, Emails, And Tickets.

Creating Service Jobs.

Creating Quotes and following up on Open Quotes.

Discussing open tickets with Scheduling Technicians.

Communication with customers about outstanding service tickets.

This role best suits someone currently in Customer Service or a similar role with at least 1 to 2 years experience.

The role will entail:

Professional interaction with customers. Excellent phone and written communication are a must.

Ensure KPIs are met with relation to answering calls and raising tickets.

About You

Be someone with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise critical issues.

Be someone who can Interact with Customers and deal with requests as they arise in a timely, constructive, and positive manner.

Be articulate in your communication, both written and spoken.

Solid time management skills

Strong Computer Skills.
