Internal Sales Representative
$30-$34 an hour
Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm / 8:00am – 4:30pm (You Pick!)

Our client is a well-established WA-owned business. They are a leading provider of high-quality metal solutions, supplying products such as roofing, fencing, and specialised metal components to the residential, commercial, and mining sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with product inquiries, quotes, and orders
• Process sales transactions, invoicing, and stock management
• Provide outstanding customer service, both over the phone, via email, and in person
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in customer service/sales environment
• Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Confident using computers and various software
• Proactive approach with a focus on delivering excellent customer support
