Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Representative to support their B2B sales operations within the industrial instrumentation sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of flow, pressure, and level measurement applications and will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and generating quotations and invoices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, along with excellent communication skills, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound B2B sales inquiries via phone and email
• Process orders, prepare quotations, and issue invoices accurately using SAP
• Provide technical support and guidance related to flow, pressure, and level instrumentation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Liaise with technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to sales forecasting
• Support external sales teams with pricing, product availability, and documentation

Your Profile

Requirements:

• Experience in internal sales, sales support, or customer service (B2B preferred)
• Working knowledge of flow, pressure, and level industrial instrumentation applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in instrumentation, automation, or industrial engineering
• Technical diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
