What You’ll Do:

Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across the Builder, Service Technician, and Retail channels.

Build Strong Relationships & Delivering Top Service: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions.

Promote Leading Brands: Sell a comprehensive range of Waterco and Davey Pool Products—including high-performance pumps, filters, chlorinators, controllers, and accessories—offering customers unrivalled choice and quality.

Sales Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including call planning and account management.

Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Phocas) to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize sales performance.

Industry Engagement: Showcase your expertise at exhibitions and annual trade shows, answering customer enquiries and representing both Waterco and Davey with professionalism.

About You:

Proven track record in sales, ideally within building, hardware, pool & spa, or related industries.

Trades background such as plumber, pool service tech, or mechanic welcome.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Enjoys being outdoors and on the road, engaging directly with customers.

Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building rapport and exceeding expectations.

Highly organized, results-driven, and proactive in your sales approach.

Keen interest in technical products and the ability to articulate their value.
