We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Content Marketing Assistant to join our team in Brisbane 3-4 days per week. This is an entry-level role with genuine career progression that's ideal for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and grow into a key member of our team.

You’ll be supporting the creation of content for our architecture and design clients by writing posts, designing in Canva, editing videos, and sitting in on client meetings. Over time, there’s potential to step into a more senior role, taking ownership of client content, strategy, and delivery.

What the role includes:

Writing Instagram and LinkedIn content (captions, carousels, reels)

Creating simple, high-quality visuals in Canva

Filming and editing short-form video content using your phone

Scheduling content in Publer

Supporting monthly client meetings and planning sessions

Learning how to shape content that’s clear, strategic and well-crafted

We’re looking for someone who:

Is a confident writer with a curious, thoughtful approach

Has a good visual eye for photos and can work well in Canva

Is open to learning video editing (or has started experimenting already)

Is proactive, organised, and takes pride in the small details

Is currently studying or has recently completed a degree or diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, or business

Wants to grow into a bigger role, with support and mentorship

Is excited by design, architecture, and the power of great communication

Over time, the right person will:

Take the lead on monthly content for clients

Develop stronger writing, planning, and strategy skills

Build confidence in client communication and project delivery

Help shape and grow our internal systems, processes and content ideas
