Job Summary
This is an entry-level, full-time position (part-time will be considered), ideal for a recent marketing graduate looking for a long-term opportunity to grow in a professional environment. You will work across two professional training and consulting brands respected worldwide, Project Performance International (PPI) and Certification Training International (CTI), supporting marketing and administration tasks that drive brand awareness, training business, and global impact.
You will report to the Marketing Manager and contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns, content updates, promotional support, and internal coordination.
Previous marketing experience is not essential if you are professionally qualified in marketing. Demonstrated ability in Mac computer operation, excellent communication, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and time management are musts. Fast learning and a high standard of work are paramount. This role provides an excellent career opportunity for an enthusiastic and bright candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the creation and coordination of marketing content across print and digital channels.
Create and send email campaigns using email platform (currently Brevo)
Maintain and update website content via WordPress and Elementor
Create and publish LinkedIn posts, publish newsletters, and help promote articles
Check and proof-read digital ads
Assist with the creation of marketing assets such as brochures, course outlines and others
Maintain the marketing calendar and internal task checklist
Support logistics and promotional activities for conferences and events
Monitor marketing tools and help ensure marketing materials are current
Send LinkedIn connection on LinkedIn
Perform general administration and marketing support tasks
Maintain a list of outstanding items requiring input from the Managing Director and follow up on high-priority items when needed
Essential Skills & Attributes
A professional qualification in marketing or a closely related field
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail including spelling, grammar, and editing skills
Copywriting ability – Able to write clearly and persuasively for audiences and formats.
A sound working knowledge with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel or Google Suite
Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed
Comfortable using a Mac and web-based tools
Friendly outgoing nature, proactive, organised and eager to learn
High levels of motivation, and a can-do attitude
Able to manage multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy
Desirable (But Not a Must) Skills
Experience using WordPress or Elementor
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (such as Brevo)
Familiarity with LinkedIn
Familiarity with project and task management platform Jira
Interest in or experience with basic data analysis and reporting
Tech-savvy, no need to be a guru but you must be proficient
An understanding of Google AdWords & LinkedIn Ads
Other Position Details
Full-time (part-time will be considered), 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working hours must generally align with hours typically observed by other team members AEST / AEDT
Primarily work from home with a monthly in-person team catch-up in Melbourne, Ringwood area
Note: This is a remote role but team members must be available during AEST/AEDT working hours & able to attend the monthly in-person meetings.
Equipment provided
Salary at least AUD $55,000 (plus super) depending on experience
