The Firm

Our client is a well established and highly regarded mid-tier personal injuries law firm with offices throughout Australia. Their Brisbane CBD office boasts approachable Partners and a down to earth working environment.

The Role

The firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injuries Secretary to provide legal secretarial support to a Partner in a mix of personal injury matters such as CTP, public liability and workers compensation. Your responsibilities will include:

• client liaison
• dictaphone typing
• amending and collating court documents and briefs
• arranging medico legal appointments
• liaising with third party providers
• diary management
• tracking claims, and
• general legal secretarial tasks as required.

You

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• experience as a legal assistant in personal injuries or another area of law
• Excellent organisation and time management skills; and
• A positive and proactive attitude to your work.
