The role

Our client, a mid tier law firm are seeking the expertise of an experienced Legal Assistant to work in the Construction team.

Duties will include:

• preparation of documents and correspondence
• dealing with clients
• billings
• screening calls
• diary management and organising meetings,
• Preparation of Briefs
• preparation of Contracts and Court documents and general administration duties.

Your experience

You will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant. Some Litigation experience is essential. This position would suit an intermediate Legal Assistant.

The Law Firm

Well established law firm of 35 staff, yearly salary performance reviews, formal induction program, weekly drinks, approachable partners, low turnover of staff and paid parental leave.

Salary

Salary is dependent upon experience (between $75,000 - $85,000 including Superannuation).
