The role

As a Legal Assistant of a National Law Firm, you will support a Partner and the Team in the Banking and Finance department. Duties include:

• Opening and closing files;
• Preparation of documents and correspondence
• Diary management;
• Monthly billing;
• Maintaining databases and contact registers for fee earners
• titles office registrations by paper and PEXA
• Client reporting
• Liaising with clients; and
• Other general administrative duties and support as required

Your experience

You will be required to have at least 2 years Legal Assistant experience. Banking and Finance, Property and/or a Conveyancing Legal Assistant background is also essential.
