Your New Role
Serving as account manager on inbound enquiries, you'll take the Client on the full project journey. From initial project scoping, commercial negotiations across all relevant departments (engineering, legal, risk, contracts, compliance, project management, etc.), working directly with tier1 and tier2 companies to deliver critical projects on time, on budget.

• Full project lifecycle account management - from sales enquiry to execution and post project review.
• Stakeholder engagement as key point of contact for customer and point person across your internal teams for the life of the project(s).
• Manage communication effectively at all stages, resolve issues, problem solve, ensuring risks are addressed, compliance adhered to, and delivered to budget.
• Ability to develop initial budgets by engaging all relevant parties to form accurate pricing.

Your Capabiilties
Given the unique nature of the role, qualifications aren't as important as your experience in a commercial, client facing role, working on engineering or construction projects of $50m+. Bringing your commercial acumen and negotiation skills along with problem solving make you an ideal choice for the appointment. You have a broad knowledge/skill set developed over many years and many successfully delivered projects. You have an understanding of risk, compliance, pricing/margins and negotiations, contracts, and ability to clearly communicate across a wide cross section of technical and non-technical professionals. You can bring order from chaos, the nature of Greenfield projects from blank sheet of paper to practical completion. You are well presented, engaging, and have the nous to find common ground in negotiations. You are ideally a Jack or Jill of all trades and master of none, you are often surrounded by technical experts, serving as the bridge between all parties to deliver complex once-off projects.
