🌿 About the Role:

As our Clinic Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy dermal clinic. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, clinic performance, client experience, and the continued growth of our premium brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, support and inspire a team of dermal therapists and front-of-house

Manage staffing, rosters, and team performance to meet and exceed KPIs

Oversee client experience and ensure a consistent 5-star journey

Drive business development, treatment promotions, and retail/membership sales

Collaborate with the owner to implement strategic initiatives

Monitor stock control, supplier relationships and inventory levels

Coordinate training, development, and team culture activities

Ensure clinic compliance, policies, and protocols are always upheld

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a clinic/salon/spa manager (2+ years preferred)

Proven leadership skills with the ability to build team morale and performance

Sound understanding of skin treatments, skincare brands, and customer service

Commercially minded with experience in hitting revenue targets

Proficiency in clinic software (Phorest, or similar)

Confident communicator with strong administrative and organisational skills

A genuine passion for skincare, client results, and leading from the front
