About the role
Ancora National is seeking a Part-Time experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide for 15 hours per week. This part-time role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance across our disability support services. As the Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a key part in maintaining and improving the quality of our offerings, contributing to the continued success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Conducting regular audits and reviews of our disability support services to identify areas for improvement
Developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures and frameworks to drive continuous improvement
Monitoring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards
Providing support and guidance to frontline teams to enhance service delivery and client outcomes
Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to management
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and quality initiatives
Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality assurance
Ensuring all participants onboarding documents are completed and meet NDIS standards
Assist in organizing and setting up for expos and networking events
Coordinate promotional materials and resources
Research and identify relevant expos and community events for Ancora National to attend
General Administration PA Duties
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality assurance or compliance role, preferably within the disability support sectors
Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations and quality standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficient in data analysis, report writing and presenting findings
Collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous improvement
Working With Children Check and Police Check
First Aid and CPR
Drivers License and Car
NDIS Orientation Module
