About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Admin Coordinator to join our team at Ability Rise Accommodation and Care Pty Ltd in our Metropolitan offices including Hectorville, Warradale and Salisbury East offices, South Australia. This part-time role will provide essential administrative support to our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our office and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Providing a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document management, and general office support

Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings and managing travel arrangements for the team

Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other important documents

Acting as the first point of contact for inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel

Supporting the implementation of office procedures and policies to maintain efficiency

Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes

What we're looking for

Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in the healthcare or social services sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organisation

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Proficient in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite

A collaborative and flexible approach, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
