About the role

Reporting to Senior Management, you will provide dedicated, organised, and efficient sales, accounts and administration support to the retail division of the business.

Your main responsibilities will include.

Consolidate orders to be taken via email & phone

Customer Service including trouble shooting

Some stock control for retail products – minimal

Minor stock take – retail products

Maintain Manifest – Delivery routing, coordination

Track customer complaints – assist with problem solving

Label Printing & packaging design

Management of Packing Team

Sales / Customer Visits as required

In store tastings & Brand Promotion

About you

Previous experience in account management

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

Positive and energetic attitude

Willingness to learn and grow within the position

Ability to work autonomously while supporting and being a part of a team

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good Customer relationship skills & Product knowledge

Valid WA Drivers License
