We’re on the hunt for someone special – an adaptable, detail-loving operator who thrives in a fast-moving, high-trust environment.

About the Opportunity:
This is not your typical administration role. Our client are a tight-knit private credit investment business where every team member plays a critical role. We need someone sharp, reliable, and proactive – the kind of person who sees what needs doing and gets it done. This newly created opportunity will see you providing high-quality administrative support to senior leaders and the wider team, ensuring seamless operations and enhancing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a key point of contact for the team, coordinating meetings, managing emails and communications, and overseeing calendar management

Organise travel including flights, accommodation, and transport as required

Executive Support – Helping the directors stay focused and organised

Loan Administration – Supporting the deal process from application through to settlement and beyond

Investor & Client Support – Communicating clearly and professionally with brokers, borrowers, and investors

Executive Support – Helping the directors stay focused and organised

Marketing – managing simple outbound marketing (email, social media)

Provide general administrative support across the team as required

Some bookkeeping and reconciliations skills beneficial

About You:

You’re sharp, organised, and love making things run smoother

Technology savvy - advanced Excel skills

Understand how to use CRMs and the importance of quality data

Exceptional writing and communication skills

Worked in a financial services business (preferably non-bank lending)

You genuinely care about doing things well and ahead of time.

Consideration will be given to those looking for a 3 or 4 days per week role but permanent residency is a must.
