What will you be doing?

• Writing technical reports and completing engineering designs
• Conducting site inspections and troubleshooting plant issues
• Managing small-scale plant upgrade projects
• Reviewing and improving process performance
• Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders
• Delivering training in water/wastewater best practices
• Ensuring all work meets industry compliance standards

What do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Process, or Environmental Engineering
• RPEQ registration or eligibility
• Proven water/wastewater engineering experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence to work independently and lead client-facing projects
• Driver’s License
• Be able to work and manage with others as part of a team
• Ability to motivate and engage others
• Self-motivated and proactive approach
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Computer literate
• Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative
• Comfortable following structured processes and procedures
