Level 2 Windows 11 Project Support Technicians (x2)
Location: North Brisbane Customer | Duration: 3 month Contract | Start Date: 1 July
Project: Windows 11 Upgrade & End User Support
Client: Major Enterprise via Data#3
Data#3 is seeking two experienced Level 2 Support Technicians to join our Windows 11 deployment project team. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support for escalated issues during the enterprise-wide upgrade, ensuring a seamless transition for end users across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Level 2 escalation support for issues following the Windows 11 upgrade.
Troubleshoot peripheral issues (e.g., Logitech devices, Bluetooth, at-home equipment) not functioning post-upgrade.
Resolve application functionality problems and escalate where required.
Perform driver updates and support driver-related laptop freezing issues.
Triage in-place upgrade failures and assist with re-deployments.
Investigate missing group policy updates or failed upgrade deployments.
Support users unable to upgrade within their scheduled window.
Redirect training or functionality change queries to the SharePoint Knowledge Hub.
About You:
Solid experience in Level 2 desktop support, ideally during operating system upgrade projects.
Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 10/11 environments.
Confident diagnosing hardware, peripheral, and driver-related issues.
Great communication skills and a user-first mindset.
Able to work well in a project team and document issues clearly.
