About the Role:
Palmieri Legal Chambers is seeking a reliable and well organised Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and help ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.
If you're looking to grow your skills in a supportive legal environment and be part of a positive, professional team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
You will receive one on one training and be mentored by experienced staff to help you develop your skills and gain confidence in your role.
Key Responsibilities in this role involve:
Manage front desk duties including answering calls, greeting clients, and handling correspondence
General duties such as scanning, photocopying and filing
Collating letters and correspondence
Schedule appointments and meetings
Provide general administrative support to a team of legal and support staff
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Highly organised and self-motivated
Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
Excellent computer skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Prior experience is an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate
