Role Description
This is a permanent part-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including managing phone communications, providing executive administrative support, performing clerical duties, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, organizing files, and assisting with office management tasks.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Minimum 2 years' Experience in Administrative Assistance, Clerical Skills, and Phone Etiquette
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and supporting senior management
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Shopify, Xero and Monday.com, with the ability to manage system configurations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
Experience creating SWMS/JSA documentation and maintaining WHS compliance records
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Must have permanent right to work in Australia and be willing to undergo pre-employment checks
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
