In collaboration with the Queensland State Government, Emanate Technology is looking for an experienced Change Manager to support a high-profile, technically complex program focused on modernising processes and improving outcomes for vulnerable community groups. You’ll work across a dynamic project landscape to lead stakeholder engagement, drive change planning, and support business readiness activities.

What you’ll be doing

• Scoping and delivering end-to-end change management activities within a complex program
• Coaching senior leaders and executives to be effective change sponsors
• Building stakeholder trust and keeping them engaged through clear, accurate communication
• Creating and executing change, engagement, and comms plans tailored to detailed and professional audiences
• Delivering business readiness, transition, comms and hypercare support activities
• Collaborating with BAs and project teams to produce change artefacts and embed new ways of working
• Driving strategic change tooling and capability uplift with minimal support

What you need to bring

• Experience delivering change across technical and digital transformation programs
• Demonstrated ability in managing complex stakeholder groups with high expectations and attention to detail
• Proven track record in working autonomously within a stream, owning change activities end to end
• Background in stepping into in-flight programs and implementing structure through tailored change frameworks
• Capability in creating clear, consistent messaging and comms in high-stakes executive environments
• Success in partnering with cross-functional teams to embed change and drive outcomes

Bonus points for…

• Experience applying change management frameworks to complex ICT or public sector projects
• Involvement in initiatives that promoted workplace equity, diversity and inclusion
• Exposure to justice, legal, or government reform programs with demanding stakeholders
• Knowledge of tools and approaches that uplift organisational change maturity
• Qualifications in change management, organisational development or a related discipline
