The Role
Take ownership of key digital products that support education initiatives. You'll lead a high-performing cross-functional team, guiding products from planning through to ongoing support while aligning them to enterprise goals and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams in designing, delivering, and supporting department-wide software products.
• Own the full product lifecycle from roadmap creation through to support, ensuring alignment with user needs and organisational strategy.
• Drive demand management and stakeholder engagement through scenario planning and strategic analysis.
• Provide high-level strategic advice to senior leadership on product direction and resourcing.
• Apply agile and modern development practices while ensuring compliance with department standards and secure development methods.
• Monitor development progress, optimise resources, and communicate product vision and future direction across the business.
• Shape and refine product positioning and variations to meet the needs of diverse user segments.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in product management within large and complex environments.
• Strong understanding of full product lifecycle management, including roadmaps and prioritisation.
• Excellent communication skills to market and advocate for products across diverse audiences.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, agile methodologies, and strategic planning.
