Due to internal progression, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager – Electronic Security to join our team and help drive the successful delivery of security projects across some of Australia’s most important organisations.

About You

You're a hands-on, solutions-focused Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, technically driven environment. You enjoy delivering quality outcomes, navigating challenges, and building lasting relationships with clients and teams.

You bring a track record of managing security or technology projects — on time, on budget, and to spec — and you understand what it takes to coordinate multiple stakeholders in the field and in the office.

You’re structured, organised, and responsive. You take pride in your communication, documentation, and your ability to calmly take ownership in dynamic situations.

Above all, you care about delivering projects that make a real difference for clients — ensuring systems are delivered, tested, and commissioned to meet security outcomes and compliance needs.

Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Vision Security, your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing end-to-end delivery of electronic security projects (Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, and Intruder Detection)

Managing project scope, timelines, and budgets in line with customer expectations and company objectives

Coordinating technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

Maintaining regular communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Identifying and resolving project issues, risks, or delays proactively

Ensuring all work is performed safely, complies with relevant standards, and meets quality assurance protocols

Tracking and reporting project progress using project management and CRM systems

Supporting documentation, commissioning, and client handover

Being a brand ambassador, representing our values on-site and in all communications
