We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in a fastpaced goal orientated environment. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and qualifying high value prospects fr our enterprise solutions, working closely with Account Executives (AE's) to drive revenue.

What You'll Do

Outbound Prospecting: Leverage multi-channel outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, video, and networking) to engage key decision-makers at mid-size to large enterprises.
*Qualify Leads: Use a consultative approach to identify pain points, business challenges, and opportunities that align with our solutions.
*Persona-Based Selling: Tailor messaging and outreach strategies based on customer personas and industry insights.
*Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with AEs to refine outreach strategies and contribute insights for marketing campaigns.
*Leverage Technology: Utilise tools like Hubspot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and intent-based platforms to optimise prospecting.
*Consistent Performance: Meet and exceed KPIs for meetings booked, pipeline generated, and engagement rates.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Proven SDR / BDR Experience: 2+ years of experience in an SaaS, tech, or B2B sales development role. Ideally will have some outbound prospecting experience.
Strong Business Acumen: Ability to research, understand, and engage senior decision-makers within accounts.
Excellent Communication & Storytelling Skills: You know how to build rapport, articulate value, and handle objections like a pro.
Resilient & Self-Motivated: You are driven to succeed, love a challenge, and adapt quickly to feedback.
Diverse Outreach Strategy: You’re skilled at multi-threading and engaging multiple stakeholders within an organization.
Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven: Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools to track activity and optimize outreach.
Growth Mindset: You are always learning, improving, and aiming to take your career to the next level.
