Our client is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee and support critical production, warehouse, and supply chain functions. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficiency, optimising processes, and maintaining seamless communication across departments. What will you be doing?
- Production Coordination – Develop and implement daily production schedules for smooth operations.
- Team Support – Assist and support production, warehouse, and compounding teams.
- Process Improvement – Identify areas for improvement and apply lean manufacturing principles.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Purchasing teams.
- Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Maintenance Coordination – Collaborate with the Maintenance Team to reduce downtime.
- Continuous Improvement – Track key performance indicators and optimise processes.
What do you need?
- Experience in operations, production, or a similar coordination role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication & organisational abilities.
- Attention to detail – accuracy in records, scheduling, and compliance.
- Commitment to quality & safety, leading by example.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
