Our client, a leading provider of Construction Equiment Rentals, is seeking an experienced and proactive Rental Coordinator to join their successful branch in Ingleburn. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating equipment, scheduling jobs, and ensuring operational efficiency.

In your role, you’ll be responsible for the coordination of Equipment rentals, including:

• Job Scheduling: Coordinate operators, assign trucks, and manage logistics to meet customer needs.
• Operational Readiness: Ensure equipment is prepared and compliant for delivery.
• Team Coordination: Work alongside Logistics, Field Service, and Workshop Coordinators to optimize operations.
• Compliance Management: Align operator schedules with award requirements, manage stand-down periods, and track mandatory breaks.
• Customer Support: Engage with customers to ensure scheduling meets their needs while maintaining top-notch service standards.
• Full time, on-site position (7am-5pm operating hours)

About You:

• Background in Plant, equipment coordination, logistics, or fleet management.
• Strong understanding of the local geography
• Strong communication skills - to enhance team and client communication
• Operationally minded
• The ability to motivate teams
• Committed to improvement and driving the success of the business
