The Role
Lead warehouse operations, ensuring smooth product flow from Gin to Port. Reporting to the General Manager of Warehousing & Supply Chain, the Warehouse Manager’s duties will consist of, but not be limited to:

• Oversee daily warehouse functions and maintain safety & efficiency.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and manage inventory accuracy.
• Lead, mentor and develop warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with all quality, environmental, and safety standards
• Collaborate with ginning, classing, marketing, and logistics teams.

About You
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience managing agricultural warehouse operations, ideally within cotton, grain, or other rural commodities. They will be an effective leader, capable of training and mentoring future leaders, whilst focussing on continuous improvement initiatives. Other criteria include:

• Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory systems and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and budget management
• Open driver’s licence and forklift licence
• Full Australian working rights
• AQIS certification (or willingness to acquire)
