About the role

Tuggerah Tiles is seeking a highly organised and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our operations in Tuggerah, NSW. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the efficient storage, distribution, and inventory management of our high-quality tiles and bathroomware products. As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the warehouse and customer service for trades.

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory

Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimise warehouse efficiency and productivity

Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to meet customer demand

Liaise with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall warehouse performance

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Significant experience (2+ years) as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail or consumer products industry

Must have valid Forklift licence and HR licence

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory control software- Invoicing, Sale orders, Purchase orders and Stock ordering

Thorough understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control best practices

Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
