At Print City, we're a family-owned printing and design company based in the Murraylands. With a strong focus on supporting local businesses, organisations, and sporting clubs, we offer a wide range of high-quality printing, signage, and promotional services. We're seeking an organised, proactive, and friendly Administrative Officer to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Officer at Print City, your role will include, but is not limited to:
Answering Phones – Professionally managing incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member or department.
Assisting Walk-ins – Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting visitors to the office.
Processing Orders – Managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to completion, liaising with production teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Ordering & Coordination of Stock – Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely ordering and replenishment of supplies.
Accounts Receivable – Assisting with invoicing, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection.
Clerical Support – Filing, scanning, and maintaining both physical and digital records.
Calendar & Scheduling Management – Organising meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating internal team schedules.
Data Entry & Record Keeping – Updating databases, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring proper documentation of orders, contracts, and payments.
Document Preparation – Creating and formatting reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Customer Support – Assisting customers with product information, resolving queries, and providing order updates.
Office Management – Ensuring the smooth running of the office by managing office supplies, equipment, and coordinating with service providers.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with basic accounting or invoicing software.
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or accounts receivable is preferred but not essential.
