Join our Dynamic Team as an Administration Officer

Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN) is searching for a Administration Officer to join Child and Family Health Service team during an exciting time of growth and innovation.

In the role of Administration Officer, you will focus on:

  • Commitment to Excellence in Client Service: Consistently provide high-quality customer information and inquiry services to both internal and external clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Optimizing Operational Efficiency: Actively contribute to the seamless operation of services by delivering comprehensive administrative support, enabling teams to focus on their core tasks and enhance overall productivity.
  • Proactive Appointment Management: Effectively prioritize and assess appointments by understanding each client's unique requirements, ensuring the most efficient use of time and resources for optimal service delivery. Experience with Sunrise EMR would be valuable in this role.
